Our Mission

The mission of SDJCA is to provide the environment, resources, structure and opportunities to educate children in the Catholic tradition in order to develop them as responsible, educated citizens and active members of the Catholic Church. SDJCA will strive to instill in each child the pillars of their faith; the need for charity and service; the importance of liturgy, prayer and sacraments; and a knowledge of their culture, history and technology in an environment of academic excellence.

Academic Excellence

Students are inspired to achieve their academic potential through a curriculum enriched with art, music, technology and athletics.

Service

Students are nurtured to build community and reach out to others with respect as disciples of Christ.

Faith

Students are taught to know, love and serve God in a community rich in Catholic values.

Why a Catholic Education?

  • Christ is present in every aspect of your child’s education and activities.
  • You will belong to a close, family-oriented community building lifelong friendships.
  • Your child will be educated in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.
  • Your child will enjoy the many benefits of a small student-to-teacher ratio.
  • Prayer is infused throughout the day.
  • You will be providing your child with a foundation of faith to last a lifetime.

Affordability

There are several ways we make Catholic education affordable for families:

  • Special tuition rate for Catholic families
  • Tuition Payment Plans
  • Catholic Education Foundation Grant
  • Two-way Referral Program
  • Transfer Tuition Grant
